The Impact of the Promotion of Economic Development on the Hierarchical Diagnosis

目的:探索经济发展水平提升对我国各省份基层医疗机构诊疗人次比的影响及作用机制,了解宏观经济环境对分级诊疗实施效果的影响。方法:基于2010—2019年我国省级面板数据进行回归分析,并通过中介效应模型对其作用机制进行检验。结果:经济发展水平的提升对基层医疗机构诊疗人次比具有显著的负向抑制效应;机制分析表明,经济发展水平提升通过提高交通便利性和居民人均可支配收入的途经对基层医疗机构诊疗人次比产生负向抑制效应;结论:经济发展水平提升会影响分级诊疗实施的效果,分级诊疗制度的完善应充分考虑宏观经济环境因素的影响,制定有效的干预政策。

Objective:To explore the influence and mechanism of economic development on the ratio of primary medical institutions in China,and to understand the influences of macroeconomic environment on the implementation effect of hierarchical diagnosis.Methods:Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2010 to 2019,the regression analysis is conducted,and the mediating effect model is used to test its mechanism.Results:The improvement of economic development level has a significant negative inhibitory effect on the ratio of diagnosis and treatment in primary medical institutions.The mechanism analysis shows that the improvement of economic development level has a negative inhibitory effect on the ratio of primary medical institutions through improving transportation convenience and per capita disposable income.Conclusion:The improvement of economic development level will affect the implementation effect of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.The improvement of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system should fully consider the influence of macroeconomic environment factors and formulate effective intervention policies.
