电力市场环境下转供定价核算

摘要 以某地区A自备电厂转供电为例,研究转供电价的构成。采取两部制计算转供电价,即固定费用和变动费用。分电压等级进行固定费用核算,应用双边Shapley值分摊转供电过程中的变动费用,解决了电力市场化条件下大用户转供电价核算的问题,并分析了转供业务对电网收益的影响。 Taking the electricity transfer of self-supplied power plant A as an example,the composition of the electricity transfer tariff is studied. Two-part system is adopted to calculate the electricity transfer tariff:fixed cost and variable cost. The fixed cost calculation is carried out by voltage grade,and the variable cost is apportioned by bilateral Shapley value,which solves the problem of large users’ electricity transfer price calculation under the condition of power market,and analyzes the influence of the transfer business on the power system income.
