Discussion on Problems and Suggestions for Safety Management and Control of Substation Operation and Maintenance

分析了变电运维安全管控中存在的问题,指出了安全管控的难点。基于"一个要求、两个统一、四个观念"的管理理念,结合变电运维经验与现场实际,提出了"理念技能双统一"的管理改进措施,以提高变电运维安全管控水平。

The problems in safety management and control of substation operation and maintenance are analyzed,and the difficulties in safety management and control are pointed out. Based on the management concept of "one requirement,two kinds of unity and four views",combined with the experience of substation operation and maintenance and the actual situation,the management improvement measure of "double unity of idea and skill" is put forward so as to improve the leve of safety management and control of substation operation and maintenance.
