防坠落安全带结构及悬吊角度对压力分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 防坠落安全带是安全坠落防护体系的重要组成部分,是施工安全生命带,然而悬吊过程中不合理的压力分布会对身体造成创伤,甚至威胁生命,因此对安全带压力分布的研究分析具有重要意义。本文研究了防坠落安全带结构及悬吊角度对安全带压力分布的影响,选择H型、Y型和X型3种不同结构的防坠落安全带作为测试样本,采用感压纸作为压力分布测试传感器,研究前挂点和背挂点静态悬吊时特定部位处的压力,形成了一种表征静态悬吊过程中安全带压力分布的测试方法。结果表明:Y结构型防坠落安全带及较大的悬吊角度压力分布均匀,且压力峰值小。 Full body harness,a construction safety life belt,is an essential part of the fall protection system.However,the limited pressure distribution during the suspension can cause trauma to the body and threaten life safety.Therefore,the study and analysis of the full-body harness’ pressure distribution are significant.This paper studied the influence of the full body harness structure and the suspension angle on the pressure distribution.The three types of the full-body harness include H-type,Y-type and X-type,selected as the test samples,and pressure-sensitive paper is used as a sensor to test the pressure distribution.To study the pressure at a specific part of the frontal attachment and the dorsal attachment when statically suspended.A test method to characterize the pressure distribution of the full-body harness during static suspension been formed.The results show that the pressure distribution of the Y-structure harness and the larger suspension angle are uniform,and the maximum force value is small.
