摘要
图书馆开展智慧数据服务能有效促进数据资源的开发与整合、重组与融合、供应与服务,从而助力一流专业建设。图书馆应选用适宜的技术工具和手段,在准确把握专业建设需要和用户真实需求的基础上,加强数据资源的发掘和融合,开展以智慧数据为载体、以数据服务为本质、以智慧服务为呈现方式的智慧数据服务,并通过构建动力驱动机制、需求供应机制、协同创新机制以及采取有效的风险防控措施,确保智慧数据服务的开展。
The development of library smart data service can effectively promote the development and integration,reorganization and integration,supply and service of data resources,thereby strongly supporting the first-class specialty construction.The library should select and use appropriate technical tools and means to strengthen the exploration and integration of data resources based on grasping the needs of specialty construction and users true demands accurately,and carry out smart data services which take smart data as the carrier,data service as the essence and smart service as the presentation mode.In addition,the library should construct power driving mechanism,demand supply mechanism and synergistic innovation mechanism,take effective risk prevention and control measures to ensure that smart data services could be developed.
