社会支持理论视角下老年人智能手机使用能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of Smartphone Use Ability of the Elderly from the Perspective of Social Support Theory

智能手机功能的多样化,以及网络的迅速发展,使得智能手机无论在生活便利性提高方面,还是在个人发展与精神愉悦方面都发挥着重要作用,对于大部分年轻人来说,智能手机已经成为随身品。但是很多老年人对智能手机功能不了解,即使知道也不能够熟练操作。该文从社会支持理论的视角,结合老年人在智能手机使用能力提升的需求,探索如何形成从正式社会支持与非正式社会支持为老年人使用智能手机提供帮助,使得老年人能够充分享受到网络时代的便利。

The diversification of smart phone functions and the rapid development of the network makesmart phones play an important role in improving the convenience of life,personal development andspiritual pleasure.For most young people,smart phones have become portable goods.However,manyelderly people do not understand the functions of smart phones,and even if they do,they can not operatethem skillfully.From the perspective of social support theory,combined with the needs of the elderlyto improve their ability to use smart phones,this paper explores how to form formal social supportand informal social support to help the elderly use smart phones,so that the elderly can fully enjoy theconvenience of the network age.
