米巴赫激光焊机重焊原因分析及其控制

摘要 连续化的生产作业大大释放了生产能力,降低了生产成本。焊机是冷轧连续化生产的根本保证。某钢厂酸轧生产线使用的是米巴赫激光焊机,实际生产中频繁的重焊对生产节奏产生了不利影响,可能导致冷轧工艺不合,出现停车废品。收集数据,使用Pareto图对影响重焊的原因进行了分析。分析发现,焊缝搭接是引起重焊的主要原因。为减少焊机重焊,对焊缝搭接的产生原因和改善措施进行了系统研究。 Continuous production greatly releases the production capacity and reduces the production cost. Welding machine is the fundamental guarantee for continuous production of cold rolling. Miebach laser welder is used in pickling-tandem mill production line of a steel plant. Frequent rewelding in actual production has adverse effects on production rhythm, which may lead to disqualification of cold rolling process and shutdown waste products. The data were collected and Pareto diagram was used to analyze the reasons of affecting rewelding. It is found that the overlap of weld was the main cause of rewelding. In order to reduce the rewelding of welding machine, the causes and improvement measures of weld overlap were systematically studied.
