2020年怀柔区孕妇和8~10岁儿童碘缺乏病监测结果

Monitoring results of iodine deficiency disorders among pregnant women and children aged 8-10 years in Huairou District in 2020

目的分析2020年怀柔区孕妇和8~10岁儿童碘缺乏病监测结果。方法随机抽取2020年怀柔区泉河街道、琉璃庙镇、庙城镇、怀北镇、长哨营乡5个乡镇作为监测点开展人群碘营养状况和居民食用盐监测工作。结果2020年怀柔区共收集215份8~12岁儿童和103份孕妇尿样和盐样,8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数190.53μg/L、盐碘中位数为22.52 mg/kg、甲状腺肿大率为1.86%,孕妇尿碘中位数150.11μg/L、盐碘中位数为22.86 mg/kg、合格碘盐食用率为95.15%。结论2020年怀柔区居民碘营养总体在适宜水平,需加强对儿童的碘营养的健康教育。

Objective To analyze the monitoring results of iodine deficiency disorders among pregnant women and children aged 8-10 years in Huairou District in 2020.Methods In 2020,five townships in Huairou District,including Quanhe Street,Liulimiao Town,Miaocheng Town,Huaibei Town and Changshaoying Township,were randomly selected as monitoring points to monitor the iodine nutrition status of the population and the edible salt of residents.Results A total of 215 and 103 urine and salt samples were collected from 8-12 years old children and pregnant women respectively in Huairou District in 2020.The median urinary iodine and salt iodine of 8-10 years old children were 190.53μg/L,22.52 mg/kg,respectively,and the goiter rate was 1.86%.The median urinary iodine and salt iodine of pregnant women were 150.11μg/L,22.86 mg/kg,respectively,and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 95.15%.Conclusion Iodine nutrition of residents in Huairou District is generally at an appropriate level in 2020,it is necessary to strengthen health education on children’s iodine nutrition.
