技术市场对经济高质量发展的影响研究——基于稀疏PCA与中介效应检验

Analysis of the Influence of Technology Market on Economic High-quality Development:Based on Sparse PCA and Mediation Effect Test

高质量发展视域下,科技创新成为经济发展第一生产力。以技术市场成交额为表征的技术市场发展情况反映了区域科技研发及应用转化水平,其存在究竟能否促进经济高质量发展?又是通过怎样的传导机制产生影响?通过SPCA方法计算得到2007-2019年30个省市区经济高质量得分,以此为基础构建面板数据以考察技术市场对经济高质量的影响及作用路径。结果表明,技术市场是助推经济高质量发展的重要因素,并可以通过创新驱动和绿色经济两条中介路径间接支持经济高质量发展。此外,通过门槛检验发现,随着技术市场规模不断扩大,其对经济高质量的助益呈增强趋势。为此,提出相应对策建议以完善技术市场,进而助推经济走上高质量发展道路。

From the perspective of high-quality development,scientific and technological innovation will become the primary productive force of economic development.The development of the technology market has characterized by the turnover of technology market,which reflects the level of R&D and transformation of science and technology in a region.Can its existence promote economic high-quality development?What kind of transmission mechanism is used to produce influence?This paper uses the sparse PCA to calculate the provincial economic high-quality scores from 2007 to 2019,and builds panel data to examine the impact of the technology market on economic high-quality and the transmission path.The results show that the technology market is an important factor that promotes economic high-quality development,and can indirectly support economic high-quality development through two intermediary paths,innovation-driven and green economy.In addition,under the threshold test,the contribution from the technology market to the high-quality economy will increase with the expanding scale of technology market.Consequently,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions could be recommended to improve the technology market and further promote the high-quality development of economy.
