西黄胶囊预防食管癌患者放射性食管炎的疗效

Effect of Xihuang Capsule on prevention of radiation esophagitis in patients with esophageal cancer

目的探究西黄胶囊预防食管癌患者放疗引起的放射性食管炎的疗效。方法选取2015年5月至2020年9月就诊于河北省人民医院,经病理科确诊为食管鳞癌的初治患者80例,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。两组患者均采用调强适形放射治疗的同时,对照组给予复方苦参注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予西黄胶囊口服治疗。比较两组患者放射性食管炎发生率及发生时间、不良反应发生率、吞咽疼痛时间、进食困难消失时间以及生活质量的影响。结果与对照组相比,观察组放疗3周及放疗结束1周后,放射性食管炎的严重程度均明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者放射性食管炎的发生时间明显延长[(18.1±2.0)d vs.(16.9±2.6)d]、持续时间明显降低[(43.2±4.5)d vs.(45.5±3.9)d];观察组不良反应发生率较对照组明显降低(57.5%vs.5.0%);观察组患者吞咽疼痛时间、进食困难消失时间较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组患者总体的生活质量较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论西黄胶囊对预防食管癌患者放疗引起的放射性食管炎疗效显著,不仅可以降低放射性食管炎的发生率,还可以延长放射性食管炎的发生时间、减轻临床症状、提高患者整体的生活质量。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Xihuang Capsule on preventing radiation esophagitis caused by radio⁃therapy in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods From May 2018 to September 2020,80 initially treated patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in Hebei General Hospital were selected,and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).They all treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy,while the control group was treated with immune-enhancing drugs(Compound Kushen Injection),and the observation group was given Xihuang Capsule on the basis of the control group.The incidence,occurrence time,the incidence of adverse reactions,the time of swallowing pain,the time of disappearance of eating difficulty,and the quality of life,were compared between the 2 groups.Results Compared with the control group,the severity of radiation esophagitis in the observation group decreased significantly after 3 weeks of radiotherapy and 1 week after radiotherapy(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the occurrence time of ra⁃diation esophagitis in the observation group was significantly longer[(18.1±2.0)d vs.(16.9±2.6)d],and the duration was significantly lower[(43.2±4.5)d vs.(45.5±3.9)d].The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was signifi⁃cantly lower than that in the control group(57.5%vs.5.0%).The disappearance time of feeding difficulty was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall quality of life in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xihuang Capsule is effective in preventing radiation esophagitis caused by radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer.It can not only reduce the incidence of radiation esophagitis,but al⁃so prolong the occurrence time of radiation esophagitis,reduce clinical symptoms and improve the overall quality of life of pa⁃tients.
