多重副肿瘤相关抗体阳性的抗α-氨基3-羟基5-甲基-4-异噁唑丙酸受体1抗体脑炎一例

Anti-AMPARI antibody encephalitis with multiple positive paraneoplastic related antibodies:a case report

摘要 分析我科收治的1例多重副肿瘤相关抗体阳性的抗α-氨基-3-羟基-5-甲基-4-异噁唑丙酸受体1(AMPAR1)抗体脑炎患者临床资料,结合相关文献分析探讨。抗AMPAR抗体脑炎罕见,抗AMPAR1抗体脑炎更为罕见,临床症状不典型,不同亚型可能存在临床异质性;当怀疑边缘性脑炎时应完善自身免疫性脑炎、副肿瘤相关抗体等抗体检测,积极寻找潜在肿瘤,尽早规范化治疗,并动态随访观察。
