CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞在变异性鼻炎与支气管哮喘的差异性表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的对过敏性鼻炎患者和支气管哮喘患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg含量及Foxp3水平进行分析,以期探究过敏性鼻炎与支气管哮喘是否存在免疫递进关系。方法该文便利选取2020年3月—2021年3月该院收治的采用流式细胞仪检测33例哮喘患者(哮喘组)、27例过敏性鼻炎(鼻炎组)及20名健康者(对照组)为研究对象,对外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞百分比进行比较分析。结果哮喘组患者外周血中CD4+CD25+Foxp3(4.77±0.93)%低于鼻炎组,调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)水平显著高于鼻炎组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼻炎组患者CD4+CD25+Foxp3常年表达(5.08±0.78)%、季节性为(6.20±1.51)%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.448,P<0.05)。哮喘组患者CD4+CD25+Foxp3发作时表达为(3.23±0.65)%、缓解时表达为(4.72±1.18)%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.744,P<0.05)。鼻炎组患者Treg常年表达为(215.55±115.74)%、季节性为(130.08±95.12)%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.087,P<0.05)。哮喘组患者Treg发作时表达为(618.39±323.24)%、缓解时表达为(368.22±290.33)%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.317,P<0.05)。结论外周血中CD4+CD25+Foxp3及调节T细胞与患者的病情过敏性鼻炎与支气管哮喘存在免疫递进关系,CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞水平可能与过敏的严重程度有关。 Objective To analyze the peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Treg content and Foxp3 level in patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma,in order to explore whether there was an immunoprogressive relationship between allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma.Methods This article selected 33 cases of asthma(asthma group),27 cases of allergic rhinitis(rhinitis group)and 20 healthy people(control group)admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 as the research object,the percentage of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells in peripheral blood was compared and analyzed.Results The peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Foxp3(4.77±0.93)%of the asthma group was lower than that of the rhinitis group,and the level of regulatory T cells(Treg cells)was significantly higher than that of the rhinitis group and the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the rhinitis group,the expression of CD4+CD25+Foxp3 was(5.08±0.78)%per year and(6.20±1.51)%seasonally,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.448,P<0.05).In the asthma group,the expression of CD4+CD25+Foxp3 was(3.23±0.65)%during attack and(4.72±1.18)%during remission,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.744,P<0.05).The expression of Treg in the rhinitis group was(215.55±115.74)%per year and(130.08±95.12)%seasonally,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.087,P<0.05).In the asthma group,the expression of Treg was(618.39±323.24)%at onset and(368.22±290.33)%at remission,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.317,P<0.05).Conclusion The CD4+CD25+Foxp3 and regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood have an immunoprogressive relationship with the patient’s condition,allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma.The level of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells may be related to the severity of allergies.
