3D打印截骨模块应用于膝关节置换中的分析研究

摘要 目的分析将3D打印截骨模块技术应用于膝关节置换中的效果。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2020年1月内需要进行全膝关节置换术(TKA)的100例患者作为研究对象。将其分为Control组(常规材料)与Observation组(3D打印模块材料),每组50例。并观察其围术期出血量、手术时间,以及MFT与HSS评分情况。结果从患者围术期出血量与手术时间来看,Control组分别为(431.26±168.76)mL、(82.67±10.53)min,Observation组对应指标分别为(206.27±128.81)mL、(70.53±3.64)min,Observation组情况更加理想,差异有统计学意义(t=7.494、7.705,P<0.05)。并于患者术后3个月时评估其MFT与HSS情况,Control组与Observation组MFT分别为(2.64±1.73)°、(2.25±1.36)°,HSS评分分别为(87.33±3.52)分、(86.52±2.79)分,差异无统计学意义(t=1.253、1.275,P>0.05)。结论将3D打印截骨模块应用于膝关节置换手术中,可以有效缩短患者治疗时间并减少其围术期出血量,且治疗效果与传统材料手术方式效果无显著差异,效果理想,值得推荐。 Objective To analyze the effect of applying 3D printing osteotomy module technology to knee joint replacement.Methods Convenient celect 100 patients in this hospital who need to undergo total knee arthroplasty(TKA)from January 2017 to January 2020 as the research objects.Divide them into Control group(conventional materials)and Observation group(3D printing module materials),each with 50 cases.And observe the perioperative blood loss,operation time,and MFT and HSS scores.Results From the perspective of perioperative blood loss and operation time,the control group was(431.26±168.76)mL and(82.67±10.53)min,respectively,and the corresponding indexes of the Observation group were(206.27±128.81)mL and(70.53±3.64)min.In the Observation group,the situation was more ideal,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.494,7.705,P<0.05).The MFT and HSS of the patients were evaluated at 3 months after the operation.The MFT of the Control group and the Observation group were(2.64±1.73)°and(2.25±1.36)°,respectively,and the HSS score was(87.33±3.52)points,(86.52±2.79)points,the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.253,1.275,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of the 3D printed osteotomy module in knee replacement surgery can effectively shorten the treatment time and reduce the perioperative blood loss of the patient,and the therapeutic effect is not significantly different from that of traditional surgical methods.The effect is ideal and it is worth recommending.
