临床护理路径用于青光眼患者护理中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Nursing of Glaucoma Patients

目的探究临床护理路径用于青光眼患者护理中的效果。方法方便选择2018年1月—2020年5月该院收治的青光眼患者100例为此次研究对象,简单随机化法分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组中,实施常规护理干预,研究组中,则实施临床护理路径干预,分析两组干预结果的差异性。结果研究组干预后的社会功能(83.54±5.49)分、认知功能(84.56±3.50)分、角色功能(83.54±4.16)分、情绪功能(83.25±4.43)分、躯体功能(82.15±3.26)分等生活质量评分高于对照组社会功能(75.33±3.30)分、认知功能(74.13±2.38)分、角色功能(71.26±4.58)分、情绪功能(70.60±4.26)分、躯体功能(73.23±2.98)分,,差异有统计学意义(t=9.063、17.425、14.034、14.554、14.281,P<0.05);研究组干预后的眼压(12.69±2.14)mmHg、SAS评分(29.25±5.14)分、SDS评分(28.44±4.65)分、视力水平(0.73±0.11)优于对照组眼压(17.01±3.25)mmHg、SAS评分(35.43±3.96)分、SDS评分(34.47±5.20)分、视力水平(0.67±0.12),差异有统计学意义(t=7.850、6.735、6.112、2.606,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(4.00%)低于对照组并发症发生率(16.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论青光眼患者护理中实施临床护理路径干预,可更好改善患者的眼压、视力水平以及心理状态,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of glaucoma patients.Methods 100 cases of glaucoma patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected conveniently as the subjects of the study.The simple randomization method was divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50).In the control group,routine nursing was performed.In the study group,clinical nursing pathway intervention was implemented,and the difference of the intervention results of the two groups was analyzed.Results The study group's social function(83.54±5.49)points,cognitive function(84.56±3.50)points,role function(83.54±4.16)points,emotional function(83.25±4.43)points,physical function(82.15±3.26)points after intervention,the graded quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group for social function(75.33±3.30)points,cognitive function(74.13±2.38)points,role function(71.26±4.58)points,emotional function(70.60±4.26)points,physical function(73.23±2.98)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.063,17.425,14.034,14.554,14.281,P<0.05);the intraocular pressure(12.69±2.14)mmHg,SAS score(29.25±5.14)points,SDS score(28.44±4.65)points and visual acuity level(0.73±0.11)of the study group after intervention were better than the control group’s(17.01±3.25)mmHg,SAS score(35.43±3.96)points,SDS score(34.47±5.20)points and visual acuity level(0.67±0.12),the difference was statistically significant(t=7.850,6.735,6.112,2.606,P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group(4.00%)was lower than that of the control group(16.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathway intervention in the nursing of glaucoma patients can better improve the patients'intraocular pressure,visual acuity and psychological state,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
