芪龙降糖通痹胶囊治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的研究

Study on Qilong Jiangtang Tongbi Capsule in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Vascular Disease

目的探讨芪龙降糖通痹胶囊在糖尿病周围血管病变患者中的应用。方法方便选择2018年4月—2020年4月糖尿病周围血管病变患者80例,随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组均采用常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合芪龙降糖通痹胶囊治疗,干预后2个月评估患者效果,比较两组中医症状积分(四肢疼痛、四肢发凉、肢体无力、感觉减退及肌肉萎缩)、血流变学(血液流变学中血浆、全血高切、全血低切黏度及血细胞比容水平)及安全性。结果观察组用药2个月四肢疼痛(0.83±0.14)分、四肢发凉(0.94±0.18)分、肢体无力(0.71±0.12)分、感觉减退(0.92±0.16)分、肌肉萎缩(0.78±0.15)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后2个月血液流变学中血浆黏度(1.32±0.16)mPa·s、全血高切黏度(4.86±0.78)mPa·s、全血低切黏度(12.14±1.59)mPa·s及血细胞比容水平(0.31±0.09)%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药期间不良反应发生率(5.00%)与对照组(7.50%)比较,差异无统计意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000)。结论芪龙降糖通痹胶囊能降低糖尿病周围血管病变患者中医症状积分,有助于改善患者血流变学水平,未增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the application of Qilong Jiangtang Tongbi Capsules in patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease from April 2018 to April 2020 were conveniently selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qilong Jiangtang Tongbi Capsule on the basis of the control group.After 2 months of intervention,the patient's effect was evaluated,and the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups were compared(pain limbs,cold limbs,Limb weakness,sensory loss and muscle atrophy),hemorheology(hemorheology of plasma,whole blood high shear,whole blood low shear viscosity and hematocrit level),blood lipids(triglycerides,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein)and safety.Results The observation group had pain in limbs(0.83±0.14)points,cold limbs(0.94±0.18)points,weakness(0.71±0.12)points,hypoesthesia(0.92±0.16)points,and muscle atrophy(0.78±0.15)points after taking medicine for 2 months.The score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had plasma(1.32±0.16)mPa·s in blood rheology 2 months after treatment,and high blood cut(4.86±0.78)mPa·s,whole blood low shear viscosity(12.14±1.59)mPa·s and hematocrit level(0.31±0.09)%,lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the observation group(5.00%)was compared with the control group(7.50%),which was not statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000).Conclusion Qilong Jiangtang Tongbi Capsules can reduce the TCM symptom scores of patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease,help improve the blood rheology of patients,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
