作为一个班主任,尤其要学会沟通,学会和学生沟通。曾记得一位教育家说过:“没有沟通就没有爱,没有爱就没有教育。”由此可见,沟通是师生建立平等和谐关系的重要因素,而如何走进学生的心灵,与他们更好地沟通,从而让学生心悦诚服地接受教导,则是为师者在教育学生中遇到的最为棘手的问题。经过近两年的摸索与实践,笔者终于明白了师生之间的真心、真情、真爱,需要通过沟通传递。

As a head teacher,you must especially learn to communicate and learn to communicate with students.I remember an educator once said:“Without communication,there is no love,and without love,there is no education.”It can be seen that communication is an important factor in establishing an equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.How to get into the hearts of students and communicate better with them,so that students can accept the teaching convincingly,is the most difficult problem encountered by teachers in educating students.After nearly two years of exploration and practice,the author finally feels the sincere,true feeling,and true love between teachers and students,which needs to be passed on through communication.
