初中班主任应用目标激励策略研究

摘要 学生步入初中后,面对的学习压力会越来越大,除了要面对中考的压力,还要通过锻炼养成良好的身体素质和心理素质,这样才会被更多的人接纳。学生进入初中后,也进入了青春期,这个时期的学生自我意识较强,叛逆心理严重,如果不对他们进行合理的教育和指导,将会使他们产生不可挽回的损失。因此,作为班级的领导者,班主任除了要传授学生丰富的文化知识,更有责任对学生的生活和心理方面进行管理,采取目标激励策略,培养学生认真学习、积极向上的学习态度,引导学生摆脱懒惰、松懈的不良习惯,从而促进学生面发展。 After entering junior high school,students will face greater and greater learning pressure.In addition to facing the pressure of the high school entrance examination,they must also develop good physical and psychological qualities through exercise,so that they will be accepted by more people.After entering junior high school,students have also entered adolescence.Students in this period have strong self-awareness and serious rebellious psychology.If they are not given reasonable education and guidance,they will suffer irreparable losses.Therefore,as a class leader,in addition to imparting rich cultural knowledge to students,the head teacher is more responsible for managing students’lives and psychology,adopting target motivation strategies,cultivating students’earnest and positive learning attitude,and guiding students to get rid of Bad habits of laziness and laxity will promote the development of students.
