小学教师集体备课的问题与优化建议

摘要 集体备课是保证教育公平,提升教师团队整体素质及优化教学质效的重要教育活动。当下,小学教师的集体备课存在着流于形式、指向性不强、有始无终、转化率低等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出几点优化集体备课的建议:构建机制、精心筹划、完善流程、规范转化。 Collective lesson preparation is an important educational activity to ensure the fairness of education,improve the overall quality of teachers and optimize the quality and efficiency of teaching.At present,there are some problems in the collective lesson preparation of primary school teachers,such as mere formality,weak directivity,unfinished beginning and low conversion rate.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward several suggestions for optimizing collective lesson preparation:constructing mechanism,elaborately planning,perfecting process and normalizing transformation.
