办好一所学校,首要的不在于硬件建设,而在于学校精神和灵魂的打造。文化是一所学校的灵魂,是学校办学得以持续发展的"根",是学校凝聚力和活力的源泉,是育人之本,因此一所优质学校应该有自己独特的学校文化。笔者以自己所在学校为例,探讨以"阳光向党"党建工作引领学校发展,以"让每一个生命在阳光下绽放"为办学宗旨,以"阳光教师"专业成长为重点,以"阳光课程"建设为着力点,实现学校发展与师生个体发展的相互促进,开展"阳光教育"特色办学的具体路径。

To run a school well, the most important thing is not the hardware construction, but the creation of the school spirit and soul. Culture is the soul of a school, the "root" of the sustainable development of the school, the source of school cohesion and vitality, and the foundation of educating people. Therefore, a high-quality school should have its own unique school culture.
