一些发达国家的消防部门最早在火灾处置中推行扁平化理念,也是通过减少中间环节来达到快速处置的目标,与扁平化指挥的本质一致。该文探讨了指挥扁平化实现模式,首先探讨了指挥扁平化的含义,然后分析了推行扁平化指挥的必要性,最后在此基础上,详细论述了便捷、高效的扁平化指挥模式实现方法,以期该研究内容对从事相关工作的同行能有所裨益。

The fire departments of some developed countries first implemented the flat concept in fire disposal,and also achieved the goal of rapid disposal by reducing intermediate links,which is consistent with the essence of flat command.This paper discusses the realization mode of command flattening,first discusses the meaning of command flattening,then analyzes the necessity of carrying out command flattening,and finally discusses in detail the implementation method of convenient and efficient command flattening mode on this basis,in order to benefit the peers engaged in relevant work.
