分析班主任管理工作中的问题及优化措施

On the Problems and Optimization Measures in the Management of Class Teachers

新形势下,民众思想观念随着物质生活水平的提升出现了较大的变化,教育工作受到了较高关注。班级管理工作的开展能够保证教学工作的有序开展,而班主任又在班级管理工作中发挥着不可替代的作用。但是值得注意的是,现阶段部分学校班主任在班级管理工作中的表现并不理想,并没有充分认识到班级管理工作的重要性,导致班级管理工作开展水平较低,学生难以得到有效的规范,不利于教学水平的提升。该文对班主任管理工作中的难点及存在的问题进行了深入的分析,并提出了几点优化措施,以期能够为班主任开展班级管理工作带来一些帮助。

Under the new situation,people’s ideas have changed greatly with the improvement of material living standards,and education has received high attention.The development of class management can ensure the orderly development of teaching work,and the class teacher plays an irreplaceable role in class management.However,it is worth noting that at this stage,the performance of some school class teachers in class management is not ideal,and they do not fully recognize the importance of class management,resulting in a low level of class management,which is difficult for students to get effective norms,which is not conducive to the improvement of teaching level.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the difficulties and existing problems in the class teacher’s management,and puts forward some optimization measures in order to bring some help to the class teacher’s class management.
