社区泛在学习资源调查研究报告

摘要 社区是居民生活的主要场所,大力开展社会教育工作,不仅能提高我国整体居民的文化素质,同时还能促进社会稳定、健康、和谐发展。因此,教育部明确指出各社区均需大力推进社会教育发展,而要推进社会教育发展,就需要应用互联网技术大力开发社区泛在学习资源,才能促进社区居民人人皆学、时时可学、处处能学,从而能满足泛在学习不受时空限制的学习要求。目前,我国不少省、市、县、乡社区均大力进行了社区教育组织网络建设,从而为社区居民提供了良好的泛在学习资源支持,但是因我国社会教育发展起步较晚,在实际的资源建设过程中也存在一定的问题。因此,就需要各社区加强对社会居民泛在学习资源调查研究,根据调查结果总结和分析社会教育存在的不足,并加以改进,才能不断提升社会教育质量。 Community is the main place for residents to live.Vigorously carrying out social education can not only improve the cultural quality of China’s overall residents,but also promote social stability,health and harmonious development.Therefore,the Ministry of Education clearly pointed out that all communities need to vigorously promote the development of social education,but to promote the development of social education,we need to use Internet technology to vigorously develop community ubiquitous learning resources,so as to promote community residents to learn from everyone,from time to time and everywhere,so as to meet the learning requirements of ubiquitous learning without time and space constraints.At present,many provinces,cities,counties and township communities in China have vigorously carried out the construction of community education organization network,so as to provide good support for community residents’ubiquitous learning resources.However,due to the late start of China’s social education development,there are some problems in the actual resource construction process.Therefore,it is necessary for all communities to strengthen the investigation and Research on social residents’ubiquitous learning resources,According to the survey results,we can continuously improve the quality of social education by summarizing and analyzing the shortcomings of social education and improving it.
