On How to Do a Good Job in the Ideological and Political Work of College Students'Military Training in the New Era

新时代背景下,为做好大学生军训思想政治工作,在分析新时代大学生的思想、心理和行为的基础上,该文从准备工作、带队教师、政治教育、思想工作、自主学习等方面探讨新时代大学生军训思想政治工作思路,提出了几种行之有效的工作措施,不仅能够保障大学生军训工作的顺利开展,而且能够有效提高大学生的思想政治素质,促进大学生的成长进步。

Under the background of the new era,in order to do a good job in the ideological and political work of military training of college students,based on the analysis of the ideological,psychological and behavior of college students in the new era,this paper discusses the ideological and political work ideas of military training of college students in the new era from the aspects of preparation,team leading teachers,political education,ideological work and autonomous learning,,and puts forward several effective working measures.It can not only ensure the smooth development of college students’military training,but also effectively improve college students’Ideological and political quality and promote the growth and progress of college students.
