摘要 近年来,国家推动各地各高校成立教师教学发展中心,大多数高校都已建立了教师教学发展中心,但是新建本科高校在管理、制度、内涵等方面均不完善,存在诸多问题。该文通过对新建本科高校的教师发展中心内涵建设研究,对教师发展中心进行定位,构建具有高校特色的教师发展中心,进而达到传承校园文化、提升教师教学能力、提高教学质量的目标,从而逐步形成特色教师培养体系。 In recent years,China has promoted the establishment of teacher teaching development centers in various universities all over the world.Most universities have established teachers’teaching development centers,but the newly-built undergraduate universities are imperfect in management,system and connotation,and there are many problems.Through the research on the connotation construction of teacher development center in newly-built undergraduate universities,this paper positions the teacher development center and constructs a teacher development center with college characteristics,so as to achieve the goal of inheriting campus culture,improving teachers’teaching ability and improving teaching quality,so as to gradually form a characteristic teacher training system.
