浅析我国虚拟货币的风险与防范

现如今随着互联网技术的飞速发展,传统金融活动使人们得不到基本的满足,虚拟货币的出现恰好极大地丰富了人们的物质生活和精神生活。现阶段,我国虚拟货币的发展还处在初级阶段,很多内容尚不完善,导致虚拟货币产生的经济问题层出不穷。了解虚拟货币及其可能带来的风险,并完善相关的法律和监督问题就显得尤为重要。该文从我国虚拟货币的现状出发,进一步分析我国虚拟货币存在的主要风险,并提出了相关的防范建议,以供参考。

Nowadays,with the rapid development of Internet technology,traditional financial activities make people unable to get basic satisfaction.The emergence of virtual currency just greatly enriches people’s material life and spiritual life.At present,the development of China’s virtual currency is still in its infancy,many of which are not perfect,resulting in endless economic problems.It is particularly important to understand the virtual currency and its possible risks,and improve the relevant legal and supervisory issues.This paper will start from the current situation of China’s virtual currency,further analyze the main risks of China’s virtual currency,and put forward relevant preventive suggestions for reference.
