摘要
在碱性条件下,基于4-氯苯氧乙酸钠对Luminol-H_(2)O_(2)化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用,建立了一种测定4-氯苯氧乙酸钠的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,4-氯苯氧乙酸钠在1.0×10^(-6)~9.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)浓度范围内与化学发光强度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为6.9×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)(3σ)。对1.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)的4-氯苯氧乙酸钠标准溶液连续平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为1.18%。本方法仪器设备简单,操作方便,分析速度快,已成功用于豆芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸钠的测定,结果令人满意。
Based on the strong sensitization effect of 4-chlorphenoxyacetic acid sodium on Luminol-H_(2)O_(2)chemiluminescence system,a new flow-injection chemiluminescence(CL)method for the determination of 4-chlorphenoxyacetic acid sodium is established under alkaline condition.Under optimized experimental conditions,the CL intensity is linearly related to the concentration of 4-chlorphenoxyacetic acid sodium in the range of 1.0×10^(-6)~9.0×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1) with a detection limit of 6.9×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)(3σ).The relative standard deviation is found to be 1.18%(n=11)for 1.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)of 4-chlorphenoxyacetic acid sodium after 11 times of continuous parallel measurements.For its fast analysis speed,easy operation and simple requirment of instrument and requirement,the method has been successfully applied to determine 4-chlorphenoxyacetic acid sodium in bean sprouts and satisfactory results are achieved.
