基于可承诺量的实时订单承诺策略研究

The Real-time Order Promise Policies based on Available-to-Promise

目前,应用有限资源进行快速、准确、合理的实时承诺与履约客户订单是大部分生产企业运营的关键问题。在可承诺量的预分配策略与占用策略的基础上提出可承诺量的释放策略,并考虑两客户等级建立三阶段模型用于生产资源不足场景下企业实时决策订单承诺。数值分析发现可承诺量预分配策略、占用策略与释放策略可以提高企业对优质客户的服务水平,降低订单到达的波动性对利润的影响。同时,可承诺量的释放策略可以在保证对优质客户的高水平服务情况下,尽可能减少由于预留资源而带来的利润损失。

At present,it is key point for most of production companies that how to quickly,accurately and reasonably promise and fulfill all customers′ orders in real-time by using the limited resources.Firstly,an available-to-promise released policy was proposed.Then based on this policy and considering two types of customers,a three-stages models to decide order promise for production companies in real time under limited production resources scenario, were developed. Through conducting numerical analyses,the results show that the available-to-promise pre-allocation policy,the available-to-promise occupied policy and the available-to-promise released policy can help companies to increase the service level of the high-quality customers and decrease the impact of order arrival volatility on profit.And the available-to-promise released policy can reduce the profit loss caused by reserving resources as far as possible under the condition of guaranteeing the high service level to the high-quality customers.
