基于灰色关联度分析法的乱占耕地建房扩张驱动力分析

Analysis on the driving force of housing expansion on the farmland occupied by disorder based on grey relation analysis

为了落实农村乱占耕地建房问题的整治工作,摸清农村乱占耕地建房情况,探究乱占耕地建房的驱动力因素,本文利用广东省乱占耕地建房现状调查与统计数据,结合历年统计年鉴的社会经济数据,分析广东省2016—2020年乱占耕地建房扩张过程和特点,并定量分析乱占耕地建房变化的驱动因素。研究结果表明,广东省乱占耕地建房扩张迅速,乱占耕地建房现象突出。各类社会经济驱动因素中,第一产业的不断发展、地区生产总值的增长、人均GDP的增长均是影响乱占耕地建房扩张的重要因素。

In order to carry out the rectification work of the State Council on the problem of building houses in rural areas,find out the situation of building houses in rural areas,and explore the driving factors of building houses in rural areas of Guangdong province,this paper analyzes the expansion process and characteristics of building houses in rural areas of Guangdong province from 2016 to 2020 using the survey and statistical data of the current situation of building houses in rural areas of Guangdong province,combined with the social and economic data of statistical yearbooks over the years,Quantitative analysis of the driving factors of the change of housing construction in the farmland.The results show that,expansion of housing construction in Guangdong province is rapid and the phenomenon of housing construction in rural areas is prominent.Among all kinds of socio-economic driving factors,the continuous development of the primary industry,the growth of regional GDP and the growth of per capita GDP are the most important factors that affect the expansion of housing construction in the area of misappropriated cultivated land.
