政法工作是党和国家工作的重要组成部分,是党领导政法单位依法履行专政职能、管理职能、服务职能的重要方式和途径。做好政法工作事关我们党执政兴国,事关人民幸福安康,事关党和国家长治久安。政法领域是意识形态斗争的重要战场和阵地,当前政法领域意识形态工作面临一系列挑战,如各种敌对势力、错误思潮的不断渗透,工作本身存在不足,政法领域改革受到影响,一些诋毁英烈的历史虚无主义案件时有发生,某些势力借助反腐惩贪、纠正冤假错案攻击我国政法制度,新媒体传播无序性的冲击,等等。做好政法领域的意识形态工作,必须加强政法部门党的建设,为意识形态工作提供坚强保证;加强党对政法领域意识形态工作的领导;坚持公正司法,切实提高司法审判的公信力;把社会主义核心价值观融入司法裁判;以办好重大敏感案件积极引领社会意识形态。

Besides, historical nihilism cases have occurred from time to time, and certain forces have resorted to fighting corruption and correcting wrongful cases to attack my country’s political and legal system, and new media spread the impact of disorder. In order to complete the job in ideological work in the field of politics and law, we must strengthen the party building in the political and legal departments to provide a strong guarantee for ideological work, strengthen the party’s leadership of ideological work in the field of politics and law;adhere to fair justice and effectively improve the credibility of judicial trials;integrate Socialism Core Values into judicial adjudication;actively lead social ideology to handle major and sensitive cases.
