疏水体系中阳离子改性对棉/聚酰胺织物表面墨滴铺展的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为提升墨滴在棉/聚酰胺织物表面的同色性、颜色性能及固色率,采用表面活性剂月桂酸二乙醇酰胺(LDEA)构建疏水体系对棉/聚酰胺织物进行阳离子改性。探究了改性体系中阳离子改性剂3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTAC)及LDEA质量分数对织物改性效果的影响,对不同工艺下改性织物表面的墨滴铺展面积、颜色性能及固色率进行测试,分析了改性前后织物的表面形貌、化学结构及电荷变化。结果表明:阳离子改性使墨滴在织物表面的铺展面积减小30%;相比水性体系,疏水体系中改性后织物表面墨滴的同色性及颜色性能均明显改善,其表观色深值提升2.7,棉与聚酰胺纤维的表观色深差值减小41%,且消除了墨滴表面的白点现象;改性剂已成功接枝在棉及聚酰胺纤维的表面,且疏水体系中改性剂在2种纤维中分布更为均匀。 In order to improve the homo-chromaticity,color performance and fixation rate of ink droplets on the surface of cotton/polyamide fabrics,cationic modification of cotton/polyamide fabric was carried out in hydrophobic system using surfactant N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-dodecanamide(LDEA)to construct.The effect of the mass fraction of the cationic modifier 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride(CHPTAC)and LDEA in the modification system on the modification result of the fabric was explored.The spread area,color performance and fixation rate of the ink droplets on the surface of the modified fabric under different processes were tested.The surface morphology,chemical structure and electrical changes of the modified fabric were analyzed.Results show that cationic modification reduced the spread area of ink droplets on the fabric surface by 30%.Compared with aqueous system,the homo-chromaticity and color performance of the ink droplets on the surface of the fabric after modification in the hydrophobic system are significantly improved.The apparent color strength upgraded to 2.7 and the difference decreased by 41%between cotton and polyamide fibers.The white spot phenomenon on the surface of the ink droplet was eliminated.The modifier were grafted successfully on the surface of cotton and polyamide fibers,and furthermore the distribution could be made more uniform between two fibers in the hydrophobic system compared with aqueous system.
