摘要
含巯基糖是一类重要的糖类化合物,其作为天然糖的结构类似物在生物医药领域具有十分重要的作用。本文以六碳糖为例介绍了在糖的不同位置上引入巯基的方法,根据合成含巯基糖的硫源不同,对所报道的反应进行分类,并介绍了巯基脱保护基的方法;同时还概述了近年来在过渡金属催化剂作用下含巯基糖与芳基卤化物的偶联反应。
Sulfhydryl-containing sugars are a class of important carbohydrate compounds. As structural analogues of natural sugars, they play an important role in the field of biomedicine. In this review, hexose is taken as example to introduce the synthesis methods of introducing sulfhydryl group at different positions of sugar. According to the different sulfur donors for the synthesis of thio-sugars, the reported reactions are classified and the methods of sulfhydryl deprotection are introduced. Furthermore, the coupling reactions of sulfhydryl sugars with aryl halides under the catalysis of transition metal in recent years are also reviewed.
