湖北省碳排放现状深度解析及减碳途径研究

In-depth Analysis of the Current Situation of Carbon Emission in Hubei Province and Study on the Path of Carbon Reduction

实现2030年碳达峰和2060年碳中和已经成为重大国家战略。能源消费和产业结构是影响湖北省二氧化碳排放量的重要因素。从湖北省能源消费和产业结构的现状着手,在系统分析湖北省碳排放特征的基础上,研判了未来湖北省各终端用能部门和电力系统的转型方向,并提出了清洁替代、电能替代、能效提升、碳捕集与封存和负排放等5个广义层面的应对策略。

Achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 has become a major national strategy.Energy consumption and industrial structure are important factors affecting carbon dioxide emission in Hubei province.This paper systematically analyzed the characteristics of carbon emission in Hubei Province,studied the transformation direction of each energy-using sectors and power system in Hubei Province in the future and proposed 5 broad strategies,including clean substitution,electric energy substitution,energy efficiency improvement,carbon capture and storage,and negative emissions.
