摘要 在“双一流”建设背景下,高校图书馆资源建设内涵不断拓展变化。本研究基于“3E”绩效评价理论,探讨高校图书馆资源建设绩效评价概念模型,进而解析《海南省高校图书馆文献资源建设审核评估方案》。该评估方案将软系统方法论(SSM)运用于框架搭建、绩效指标选取、指标内涵界定等环节。方案的实施对海南省高校图书馆资源建设的走向产生了显见的导向与推动作用。 Under the background of"Double First-class"construction,the connotation of academic libraries resources construction is constantly expanding and changing.Based on"3E"performance evaluation theory,this study discusses the conceptual model of the performance evaluation of academic libraries resources construction,and then analyzes the audit evaluation program of literature resources construction of academic libraries in Hainan province.In the evaluation program Soft system methodology(SSM)was performed to set up the framework,select the indicators and define the index connotation.The implication of this program plays a significant role in guiding and promoting the resources construction of academic libraries in the province.
