悬浮隧道临时压载及管路系统方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 依托中交悬浮隧道工程技术联合研究组悬浮隧道实验工程研究,总结了悬浮隧道管体沉放施工过程中临时压载及管路系统布设原则和相关风险分析,提出了4种针对不同环境和工法的悬浮隧道临时压载及管路系统方案,并对比优缺点。最后,梳理了悬浮隧道临时压载及管路系统设计可能涉及的相关计算,并重点针对浮吊数量及其布设、最大二次压载量及临时管路系统功效和选型计算进行了详细阐述,旨在为后续悬浮隧道实际工程项目的实施提供参考和借鉴。 Based on the experimental project research of submerged floating tunnel(SFT)by CCCC SFT Joint Research Team,we summarized the layout principles and several risks of temporary ballast and pipeline system in the submerging process during the installation stage of SFT,put forward four tentative plans of SFT temporary ballast and pipeline system aiming at different environments and construction methods,and compared their advantages and disadvantages.Finally,several necessary calculations for the design of SFT temporary ballast and pipeline system were sorted out,and the number and layout of floating cranes,the maximum secondary ballast water quantity,the efficiency and selection of temporary pipeline system were elaborated in detail,aiming to provide reference for the implementation of practical SFT projects in the future.
