摘要
研究了铁尾矿的化学成分、性能指标等材料特性,并将其作为细集料制备喷射混凝土,对铁尾矿喷射混凝土的工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能进行了测试。结果表明,铁尾矿可用于喷射混凝土,弥补了普通喷射混凝土回弹率高、粉尘大、强度低等缺点,从最大掺量利用铁尾矿的原则出发,铁尾矿掺量为80豫以下的配合比可配制强度等级为C30的喷射混凝土。
The material properties such as chemical composition and performance index of iron tailings were studied,and it was used as fine aggregate to prepare spray concrete.The work performance,mechanical properties and durability of spray concrete with iron tailings were tested.The results show that the iron tailings can be used for spray concrete,which makes up for the shortcomings of ordinary spray concrete,such as high rebound rate,large dust and low strength.Based on the principle of using iron tailing at the maximum amount,the mixing ratio of iron tailings content below 80%can be used to prepare spray concrete with a strength level of C30.
