基于数字调节增量补偿的新能源汽车充电桩测试电源方法与装置研究

摘要 随着新能源汽车的发展,电动汽车的上下游设施和保障性基础设施的建设方面的问题也引起了研究人员的关注。目前的电动汽车充电桩测试设备价格高昂且操作不便,文章利用数字调节增量补偿原理设计的装置有效地解决了这些问题,利用了高准确度的AD转换电路和数字同步跟踪放大器,保证了测试电源的准确稳定输出,在增量最大为±15%的时候,开关功率放大器实际输出功率只有满量程功率输出的15%,体积和重量和成本不到原设备的7%,满足目前所有的测试项目,为相关设备的大规模产业化提供了基础。 With the development of new energy vehicles,problems in the construction of upstream and downstream facilities and supporting infrastructure for electric vehicles have also attracted the attention of researchers.The current electric vehicle charging pile test equipment is expensive and inconvenient to operate.The device designed in this paper using the principle of digital adjustment incremental compensation effectively solves these problems.This paper uses a high-accuracy AD conversion circuit and a digital synchronous tracking amplifier to ensure the accurate and stable output of the power supply.When the maximum increment is±15%,the actual output power of the switching power amplifier is only 15%of the full-scale power output,and the volume,weight and cost are less than 7%of the original equipment,which meets all current requirements.The test project provides a basis for the large-scale industrialization of related equipment.
