摘要
文章采用理论计算和有限元方法,对车架开发过程中遇到的纵梁截面惯性矩计算、货箱对车架刚度的影响及驾驶室翻转扭矩对车架变形的影响等问题进行分析和总结,对轻型载货汽车车架开发和改进具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,theoretical calculation and finite element method are used to analyze and summarize the problems encountered in the development of the frame,such as the calculation of the moment of inertia of the longitudinal beam section,the influence of the cargo box on the stiffness of the frame and the influence of the cab turning torque on the deformation of the frame,which has a certain guiding significance for the development and improvement of the light truck frame.
