摘要
本文提出一种冰桶动态制冰工艺,并采用Fluent手段模拟不同制冰桶形状及制冰桶倾角对制冰过程的影响。模拟结果显示,随着制冰过程的持续进行,三种截面形状的制冰桶内温度都随之降低,桶内液相体积比例也随时间而降低,但是在相同时间内近菱形截面的制冰桶内温度要比矩形及近椭圆形要低0.1℃,Y轴中心面方向上的结冰厚度比矩形及近椭圆形要深36 mm。本文还模拟了近菱形截面不同倾角对制冰性能的影响,模拟结果显示,近菱形截面倾角越大制冰速度越快,因此在设计冰桶时倾角应尽可能大。
A dynamic ice making process of ice bucket was proposed,and Fluent was used to simulate different ice bucket shapes and ice bucket tilts.The simulation results showed that with the continuous ice making process,the temperature in the ice bucket with three cross section shapes decreased.However,in the same time,the temperature in the ice bucket with the near rhomboid cross section was 0.1℃ lower than that of the rectangle and the near ellipse,and The icing thickness in the Y-axis central plane direction was 36 mm deeper than the rectangle and the near-ellipse.The effects of different inclinations on ice-making performance were also simulated.The simulation results showed that the higher the inclination of the rhombic section was,the faster the ice making speed would be.
