摘要
班组是企业最基本的生产单元,是对标世界一流管理提升行动各项措施的最终执行者,在企业生产经营管理工作中发挥基础作用。本文从班组管理标准化、加强班组组织建设、加强班组间开展对标提升、加强班组人员技能培训、做好班组员工思想工作等五个方面,深入探讨了加强班组管理的做法,为将对标世界一流管理提升行动在班组层面贯彻落实夯实了基础。
The working team is the most basic production unit of the enterprise.It is the final implementer of various measures in the benchmarking and world-class management improvement action,and plays a basic role in the benchmarking and improvement action.Through the implementation of team behavior standardization,business standardization and on-site standardization,the poper seeks to strengthen the“three standards”construction of standardized teams,standardized sites and standardized posts,continuously improve the quality of teams and groups,build a civilized and harmonious grass-roots working environment,and ensure stable and effective production and operation.
