我国经济已由高速增长阶段转为高质量发展阶段,城市型炼化国有企业,应准确理解和深刻把握高质量发展的核心要义和本质要求,破困局,解难题,增动力,促发展,开新局。本文结合中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司的实际情况,主要围绕以高质量项目建设推进企业高质量发展进行理论思考和实践探索。

China’s economy has changed gear from the stage of rapid development to the stage of highquality development.As a refining and chemical state-owned enterprise in urban area,we should accurately understand and deeply grasp the core essentials and requirements of high-quality development,break through difficulties,solve difficult problems,increase power,promote development and open up new frontiers.Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper mainly focuses on the theoretical thinking and practical exploration of promoting the high-quality development of the enterprise by constructing high-quality projects.
