摘要
培训生态圈就是一种基于生态系统学视角的培训理念生态化运用与构建,把培训比作“生物体”,是在一定的环境中通过分工协作和互相配合所形成的具有一定结构特征、执行一定功能作用的动态平衡系统。良好的培训生态有利于培训利益相关方实现共赢。本文以中国石化创新型炼油核心装置专家培训项目为例,对专业技术培训生态圈的构建进行了探索。
The Training ecosystem is an ecological application and construction of training concept based on the perspective of ecosystem.Training is compared to“organism”.It is a dynamic balance system with certain structural characteristics and certain functions formed through division of labor,cooperation and mutual cooperation in a certain environment.A good training ecology is conducive to all the interested parties for training to achieve win-win results.Taking the expert training project of Sinopec’s innovative refining core unit as an example,this paper explores the construction of professional and technical training ecosystem.
