A Brief Analysis of the Construction of the Culture of Rule of Law in Sales Enterprises from the Perspective of Trademark Protection

本文从商标维权透析知识产权保护在依法治企工作中的体现,进而对企业法治文化建设的必要性、实际工作中存在的问题进行探讨,从四个方面对如何加强企业法治文化建设提出建议,为实现依法治企提供有效保障。

From the perspective of trademark protection,this paper analyzes the embodiment of intellectual property protection in the work of managing enterprises according to law,and then probes into the necessity of the construction of culture of rule of law in enterprises and the problems existing in practical work.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of culture of rule of law in enterprises from four aspects,so as to provide effective guarantee for the realization of managing enterprises according to law.
