不同水平绿原酸对肉兔生长性能、抗氧化性能和肝脏微观结构的影响 被引量:12

Effects of different levels of chlorogenic acid on the growth,antioxidant properties and liver microstructure of meat rabbits

摘要 旨在研究绿原酸对肉兔生长性能、血清抗氧化、肝脏抗氧化与肝脏微观结构的影响。选择初始体重相近健康状况良好的断奶伊拉兔60只,随机分为5组,每组12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加18.80 mg/kg杆菌肽锌和15.51 mg/kg喹烯酮,绿原酸组在基础饲粮中分别添加500、1000、2000 mg/kg绿原酸(简称为CGA500组、CGA1000组和CGA2000组),预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果:与对照组相比,CGA2000组肉兔的末重和平均日增重均显著升高(P<0.05)。各组肉兔肝脏器官指数无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,绿原酸组肉兔血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)水平均无显著差异(P>0.05),其中CGA2000组T-AOC和SOD活性均有升高的趋势(0.05<P<0.1)。肝脏抗氧化能力中,对照组和抗生素组各指标差异不显著,CGA1000组T-AOC活性较抗生素组提高了20%,差异显著(P<0.05),其他各组内无显著性差异(P>0.05)。添加1000-2000 mg/kg绿原酸与对照组相比肝脏SOD和T-AOC活性均有增高趋势,MDA水平有下降趋势(0.05<P<0.1)。对照组肝细胞形态基本正常,绿原酸组与抗生素组肝脏组织被膜完整,肝细胞形态正常,未见明显病理变化。综上,添加绿原酸可以一定程度上提高肉兔的血清与肝脏的抗氧化能力,改善肉兔肝脏的结构形态,从而提高生长性能,添加剂量以2000 mg/kg为宜。 The aim of this study was to determine the effects of chlorogenic acid on the growth performance,serial anti-oxidation,liver microstructure and anti-oxidation of meat rabbits.Sixty weaned Ira rabbits with similar initial weights and in good health conditions were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 12 rabbits in each group.Among the groups:the control group was fed with a basal diet,the antibiotic group was fed with a basal diet supplanted with bacitracin zinc and quinenone,and the chlorogenic acid groups(the CGA500 group,the CGA1000 group and the CGA2000 group)were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 500,1000 and 2000 mg/kg chlorogenicacid,respectively.The preliminary test lasted for 7 days,and the formal trial for 28 days.The results were that,compared with the controlgroup,the final weight and average daily gain of the rabbits in the 2000 mg/kg chlorogenic acid group increased significantly,and there wasno significant difference in the liver organ index of each group of the meat rabbits(P>0.05).In the chlorogenic acid group,the total serialantioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels were not significantly different(P>0.05);and the activities of T-AOC and SOD in the CGA2000 group had an increasing trend(0.05<P<0.1).In liver antioxidant ca-pacity,there was no significant difference in indicators between the control group and the antibiotic group.The T-AOC activity of theCGA1000 group was increased by 20%,compared with the antibiotic group.The difference was significant(P<0.05),and but not so in theother groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the activity of liver SOD and T-AOC increased with the addition of 1000-2000 mg/kg chlorogenic acid in the test group,and its MDA level had a decreasing trend(0.05<P<0.1).The morphology of liver cells in thecontrol group was basically normal,the liver tissue envelope of the chlorogenic acid group and the antibiotic group was intact,the morphologyof liver cells was normal,and no obvious pathological changes were seen.In summary,the supplementation of chlorogenic acid could improvethe antioxidant capacity of the rabbits’serum and liver to a certain extent,and improve the structure and morphology of the liver of the rab-bits,thereby improving their growth performance.
