无铬鞣剂的研究现状与进展(续) 被引量:2

摘要 生态皮革的制造已经逐渐成为传统皮革行业的未来之路,无铬鞣剂的开发能够从源头上避免铬资源的减少、含铬废弃物的污染等问题,同时可以解决潜在Cr6+的致癌毒性,已经成为了行业的当务之急。本文根据无铬鞣剂的基本结构特点,对金属无铬鞣剂、有机无铬鞣剂还有有机-金属结合鞣剂的鞣制特点,及其与皮胶原纤维的结合原理进行归纳汇总与分析,并且综述了各类无铬鞣剂的研究进展,最后对其进一步的研究与发展方向进行了展望。本文系统综述了无铬鞣剂的研究现状和发展趋势,对无铬鞣剂的研究和开发有一定的指导参考意义。 Ecological leather manufacturing has gradually become the future of the traditional leather industry.The development of chromium-free tanning agents can avoid the reduction of chromium resources,the pollution of chromium-containing wastes and the potential carcinogenic toxicity of Cr^(6+)from the source,which is the primary goal of the industry.Based on the basic structural characteristics of chrome-free tanning agents,the tanning characteristics of chrome-free metal tanning agents,chrome-free organic tanning agents,chrome-free organic-metal combination tanning agent and the principles of their combination with skin collagen fibers were summarized and analyzed.Then the research status of various chrome—free tanning agents was reviewed.Finally,its further research and development direction were prospected.The research status and development trend of non—chrome tanning agents were systematically reviewed,which has certain guiding and reference significance for the research and development of non-chrome tanning agents.
