摘要
集中实践类课程是高校工科专业人才培养方案的重要组成部分,如何加强这些课程间的逻辑性、连贯性和实效性是人才培养过程中的重要内容。本文基于OBE理念的教育理念对集中实践类课程实施过程中的教师团队、实践内容、考核方式等进行探索和实践,取得了良好的育人效果。该方法可供培养应用型人才的工科专业相关实践课程的教学模式参考。
Courses of centralized practice is one of important parts in plan of professional talent cultivation of industrial engineering specialty.It is an important content that how to strengthen their logicality,continuity and effectiveness among these courses.Based on the concept of outcome based education(OBE),the teacher team,the content of practice and assessment methods during the process of courses of centralized practice were designed and put into practice and the good effect of cultivating people was obtained.The methods of teaching reform can be provided for reference in the process of some course of practice of industrial engineering specialty for cultivating applied talents.
