摘要
为实现白湿革废料的低成本、高效利用,以明胶污水处理为研究对象,采用酸化、SBR和光合细菌等方法,通过对比实验核算运行成本,并分析不同工艺模式下污水处理效果,以确定最优的污水处理工艺。实验结果表明,较单独使用活性污泥或光合细菌方法而言,两者融合应用可更好、更高效地去除明胶废水中的COD、氨氮、Ca2+,尤其以SBR方法作为一级处理方法,污水处理效果及效率更优,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准,且运行成本较低,经济实用,满足白湿革废料制备明胶的经济环保性。
In order to realize the low cost and High efficiency utilization of wet white leather waste,the effect of sewage treatment under different process modes was analyzed through comparative experiments,and the operation cost to determine the optimal wastewater treatment process was calculated by taking gelatin wastewater treatment as the research object,adopts acidification,activated sludge and photosynthetic bacteria.The results show that the combination of the two methods can remove COD and ammonia nitrogen,Ca2+in gelatin wastewater better and more efficiently than the single use of activated sludge or photosynthetic bacteria method.Especially,the activated sludge method is the first-class treatment method,and the sewage treatment effect and efficiency are better,and the comprehensive discharge standard of sewage(GB)can be reached.It meets the economic and environmental protection requirements of gelatin preparation from wet white leather waste.
