地方医学院校研究生导师队伍建设探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Construction of Postgraduate Tutor Team in Local Medical Universities

研究生导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,对提高研究生教育质量起着至关重要的作用。推动新时代研究生教育内涵式发展,培养造就大批德才兼备的高层次人才,必须大力加强导师队伍建设,导师队伍建设决定着研究生教育的水平。作者通过分析我国地方医学院校研究生导师队伍现状以及存在的主要问题,以滨州医学院为例从建设高层次导师团队、完善导师分类遴选机制、建立合理考评机制、加强导师团队建设、选拔学科带头人和健全导师队伍建设政策体系等方面全方位探索研究生导师队伍建设。发现通过采取这些措施,导师队伍整体素质得到提升,研究生对导师的满意度优于采取措施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),带动了研究生教育共同发展。

Graduate tutors are the first responsible person for graduate training and play a vital role in improving the quality of graduate education.To promote the connotative development of graduate education in the new era and cultivate a large number of high-level talents with both political integrity and talent,we must vigorously strengthen the construction of tutor team,which determines the level of graduate education.By analyzing the current situation and main problems of graduate tutors in local medical colleges in China,taking Binzhou Medical University as an example,the author starts from building a high-level tutor team,perfecting the tutor classification and selection mechanism,establishing a reasonable evaluation mechanism,strengthening the construction of tutor team Selecting discipline leaders and improving the policy system for the construction of tutor team to explore the construction of graduate tutor team in an all-round way.It is found that by taking these measures,the overall quality of the tutor team is improved,and the graduate students'satisfaction with the tutor is better than that before taking the measures(P<0.05),which drives the common development of graduate education.
