The Application Value of WeChat Network Mode in the Continuing Education of Primary Ultrasound Doctors

目的探微信网络平台在基层超声医生培养中的应用价值。方法建立微信网络平台,包括微信学习群及公众号,向群内及公众号上定期推送学习内容,组织群成员探讨学习。运用后台进行数据分析,向随机抽取的61名群学员发放调查问卷进行效果评价。结果从2020年6—12月该群人数增至350人,公众号关注人次增至120人次,发送学习资料36次,互动用户率10%~32%,资料综合阅读次数500人次。基层超声医生对推送的次数、在线学习时间长度、内容形式和新颖性的满意度均在65%以上。结论基层超声医生继续教育微信学习群和公众号的建立能够提升学习体验,促进探讨和交流,是传统超声医生继续教育的新型网络实时互动辅助工具。

Objective To explore the application value of WeChat learning group and WeChat public account in the training of primary ultrasound doctors.Methods WeChat learning group and public account were established,learning contents were regularly pushed to the group and public account,and group members were organized to discuss learning.Data analysis was carried out in the background,and questionnaires were distributed to 61 randomly selected students for effect evaluation.Results From June to December 2020,the number of the group increased to 350,the number of followers on the public account increased to 120,36 times to send learning materials,the interactive user rate of 10%to 32%,500 times to read comprehensive materials.Primary sonographers were more than 65%satisfied with the number of pushes,length of online learning time,content form and novelty.Conclusion The establishment of WeChat learning group and public account for the continuing education of primary-level sonographers can enhance learning experience,promote discussion and communication,and is a new online real-time interactive auxiliary tool for the continuing education of traditional sonographers.
