全血C反应蛋白与血常规在儿童细菌性感染性疾病的诊断

Diagnostic Value of Whole Blood C-reactive Protein and Routine Blood Test in Children With Bacterial Infectious Diseases

目的分析全血C反应蛋白与血常规对在儿童细菌性感染性疾病的联合诊断应用价值。方法选取我院2019年1月—2020年5月100例儿童细菌性感染性疾病患儿作为观察组研究对象,且选取100例体检健康儿童作为对照组研究对象,两组患儿均采用全血C反应蛋白、血常规进行诊断,比较两组患儿在白细胞计数检测值、全血C反应蛋白检测值、白细胞诊断结果阳性率以及全血C反应蛋白诊断结果阳性率和全血C反应蛋联合白细胞诊断结果阳性率。结果结果显示,观察组在白细胞计数检测值、全血C反应蛋白检测值、白细胞诊断结果阳性率以及全血C反应蛋白诊断结果阳性率和全血C反应蛋联合白细胞诊断结果阳性率方面都明显高于对照组患儿,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全血C反应蛋白与血常规对儿童细菌性感染性疾病早期诊断有着显著性效果。

Objective To analyze the value of whole blood C-reactive protein and blood routine test in the joint diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases in children.Methods From January 2019 to may 2020,100 children with bacterial infectious diseases were selected as the study object of the observation group,and 100 healthy children were selected as the control group.The two groups were diagnosed by whole blood C-reactive protein and blood routine test,and the detection value of leukocyte count and whole blood C of the two groups were compared The positive rate of CRP,WBC,whole blood C-reactive protein and whole blood C-reactive egg combined with WBC.Results The results showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the detection of leukocyte count,the detection of whole blood C-reactive protein,the positive rate of leukocyte diagnosis,the positive rate of whole blood C-reactive protein diagnosis and the positive rate of whole blood C-reactive egg combined with leukocyte diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole blood C-reactive protein and blood routine test have a significant effect on the early diagnosis of children's bacterial infectious diseases.
