拉莫三嗪联合托吡酯在癫痫治疗中的效果

Effect of Lamotrigine Combined With Topiramate in the Treatment of Epilepsy

目的分析拉莫三嗪联合托吡酯在癫痫治疗中的效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年8月我院收治的癫痫患者94例为研究对象,随机单双数法分为对照组47例,为拉莫三嗪治疗,观察组47例,为拉莫三嗪与托吡酯联合治疗,对比两种不同治疗方式下患者疾病控制效果和安全性。结果治疗前患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者胶质纤维酸性蛋白等低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后不良反应率和对照组比无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组患者生活质量差异小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为癫痫患者采用拉莫三嗪、托吡酯联合治疗时可有效提升血清指标控制效果,减少神经元损伤,提升疾病治疗治疗效果,无严重不良反应,且患者预后生活质量更优,有应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of lamotrigine combined with topiramate in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods 94 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)treated with lamotrigine and observation group(47 cases)treated with lamotrigine and topiramate.Compare the disease control effect and safety of patients under two different treatment methods.Results There was no significant difference in neuron specific enolase before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of glial fibrillary acidic protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);there was little difference in quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamotrigine and topiramate can effectively improve the control effect of serum indicators,reduce neuron damage,improve the treatment effect of disease,without serious adverse reactions,and the prognosis of patients with better quality of life,which has application value.
